NutriSnap AI - Terms of Use

By using the NutriSnap AI app ("NutriSnap", "the app") you agree to these terms.

1. What the app does

NutriSnap estimates the foods, calories and nutrients in your meals from photos and text, and offers general nutrition tips. Results are estimates made with artificial intelligence and may be inaccurate. You can review and correct them.

2. Not medical advice

NutriSnap is for general information only. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition and does not replace a doctor or dietitian. Consult a healthcare professional before making significant changes to your diet, especially if you are under 18, pregnant or have a health condition.

3. Free use and NutriSnap Pro

• The free version includes a limited number of AI features. These limits are shown in the app and may change.
• NutriSnap Pro is an auto-renewing subscription sold through Google Play. Prices are shown in the app before purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can cancel anytime in Google Play > Subscriptions; Pro features remain until the period ends.
• Refunds are handled according to Google Play's refund policy.

4. Fair use

Please do not misuse the app, for example by attempting to bypass usage limits, sending automated requests or interfering with the service. We may limit access in such cases.

5. Availability

AI features need an internet connection and depend on third-party services. We try to keep them available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

6. Limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made based on the app's estimates or tips.
